Organizing a birthday party for a teenage girl can be difficult as they have surpassed the age of balloons and toys and haven't yet entered the adulthood. Here are few ideas that'll make a teen girl's birthday party real fun and entertaining.
Pajama Party:
This is the most common idea to entertain girls. Call them for a sleepover at your place, arrange for mattresses in your daughter's room so that girls can lie down, jump around, pillow fight or do whatever they like to. Teen Movies:

Build a nice camp in your garden or backyard, light a bonfire and have the girls enjoy camping out. You can even arrange for a barbecue to add to the experience.
Take Them To A Concert:
Buy them tickets to their favorite pop stars concert if happening around the same time. They will get thoroughly excited and would love to see their favorite pop star perform on their birthday.
