- Get the pool cleaned before the party.
- You can get pretty creative while making the invitation cards for the pool party. Make cards in shape of float balls or tires. You can even deflate the tires, write on them, pack them and send them as invitations. Guests can bring these tires with them when they come to the party.
- Ask all the guests to bring their swim wears and towels so that everyone can enjoy a dip in the pool.
- There is no need of much decoration for a pool party. Just make sure that there are enough deck chairs for everyone to relax.
- Keep a stock of sunscreen lotion so that the teens don't end up having a bad tan.
- Keep some bottles of shower gel as well. They will need it once they come out of the pool.
