Pin Up Rudolph's Nose:

One of the fondest memories of your childhood must have centered on this game. This is a traditional but nevertheless an exciting game. It helps to break the ice among people and they slowly begin to start enjoying themselves. In the game you will need a chart paper will a picture of Rudolph neatly drawn over it with the nose clearly visible. This chart paper is pinned to a pin-board. Now the person whose turn it is, has to be blindfolded. All he or she is given is a pin. He or she has to pin it exactly on the nose. This game goes on merely on assumption. This person who has pinned it the closest to Rudolph's nose wins!


Which Is The Best Gift Of Them All?

In this Christmas game, you have to pack random gifts for each of your guests and carefully number each present. Now prepare numbered folded papers having the same numbers as the ones marked on the gifts. Shuffle them and place them in a Christmas cap. Pass the cap on and let each of your guest pick up one paper each. Depending on the number they have got, they get the presents. You can also add to the fun by mixing a number of prank gifts along with the whole set of your gifts.


Share Your Gifts:

To play this game, get gifts for each and everyone present at your party or you can also ask each of the guests to get a Christmas gift along. You will also require a customized story. Let your guests sit in a small circle. Distribute the gifts among your guests or let each of them hold the gifts brought by them. Now comes the interesting part. Narrate the specially customized story with words 'Right' or 'Left' coming often in it. For example: A day before he LEFT, Santa Claus had a bright idea. He bought a Mickey Mouse soft toy for little John RIGHT, feeling that it would be RIGHT to fulfill his promise. How happy little John RIGHT was, when he saw that Santa Claus had gifted him what he had asked for. Even Mummy RIGHT hugged and kissed the Mickey Mouse and wished him Merry Christmas. Then, Santa Claus LEFT on his reindeer while Mummy RIGHT, Papa RIGHT and little John Right all shared the happiest Christmas they ever had. Each time, the word 'Right' is uttered, everybody has to pass the gift they are holding to their right. Similarly every time the word 'Left' is uttered, everybody has to pass the gift they are holding to their left. At the end of the story, everybody gets to keep the gift they have.


Christmas Carols:

Ice Breaker games are very helpful especially in an atmosphere where people are complete strangers to each other. This is a very popular icebreaker game played at Christmas parties. As soon as your guest enters, a slip of paper with a Christmas carol written on it is handed on to each of them. This is mainly done to form groups. If, for instance, you want to form five groups, there will be five sets of paper slips, each containing one carol written on it. Then, once everybody has gathered in a room, you will have to walk around the room singing your carol until you find everyone in your group. This game helps to pep up your Christmas party and to make the feeling of the Yuletide felt.


When Chocolate Cakes Helped You To Play:

This is yet another ice-breaker game played for Christmas parties. Divide your guests into two teams. All the ingredients of making a particular Chocolate Cake are written down on slips of paper. Each of these slips is then stuck to the back of each of the participants. They then have to arrange themselves in the order in which the cake is prepared and then perform the same task. The team which completes their task first and more accurately wins!


Christmas Tree:

This is another Christmas game played in groups. Divide your guest into equal groups. Give each of the groups a Christmas tree and some decoration. Now the task assigned to each group is to decorate the Christmas tree given to them in the most creative way possible. There should be a time limit to make the game more interesting. In the end the best looking Christmas tree wins!


Christmas Gift Wrapping Race Game:

For this particular Christmas game, you will need loads of colorful gift wrapping paper, a pair of scissors, lots of tape and a few boxes for each participating team. Once again, divide your entire guest into groups of four. You can make it even more festive by naming the groups "Santa", "elf", "reindeer", "snowman" etc. Now divide the boxes among each team. Keep the wrapping sheets, tapes, and the scissors, on a table or on the floor at some distance from the participants. This area can be called the 'gift wrapping station'. As soon as the game starts, a participant from each of the teams has to run to the gift wrapping station and get the props and come back to his or her team. Now the team has to wrap each of the gifts one by one. The group who is able to wrap all gifts before the others emerge as the winners of the game. Spice up your game by giving out prizes such as the best team work, most creative package, wildest creativity, the neatest and so on.


Christmas Memory Game:

There may be different types of Christmas games for different age groups. However, there is no denying the fact that, some Christmas games are popular with people of almost all age groups. One such game is the Christmas memory game. To play this Christmas game, you will need a large and strong tray and some Christmas objects like cookies, candies, ornaments, stars, wrapping paper, candles, Christmas tree craft, snowman, Santa Claus dummy etc. Give each of your guests a piece of paper and a pen. Now show your guests the tray with the objects and let each of them have a close look. Keep the tray for viewing about 10-20 seconds. Then remove the tray and place it somewhere out of the sight of your guests. The game is to note down the things whatever they remember on the tray within the allotted time. Set a stop watch and allot 2-3 minutes for the things to be noted down. Finally collect the notes from your guests. Bring out the tray once again and show it to your guests. Whoever gets the maximum names right is the winner of the game.


Secret Santa:

This is an all time favorite Christmas game and can be enjoyed by all age groups. Not everyone gets a gift for Christmas right? Here it's Secret Santa to the rescue. Gather all your guests at least a few days before your party; prepare paper slips containing the names of each and every person present there. Now drop each of them into a Santa's cap and shuffle it. Pass the cap on and let each of your guests pick one. Now everyone will have a name. Ask them not to disclose the name picked up by them to anyone. When they come for the party on Christmas day they have to get a personalized gift for the person whose name was written on the paper picked up by them. This Christmas game gets really interesting because everyone's excited to know who their Secret Santa is.
